Frequently quality inspections in our own laboratory.
Our route to premium quality goes through modern production facilities. Demands on hygiene throughout the production process are rigorous. Nothing is left to chance, to us, hygiene is a matter of trust and confidence!
Boasting its own laboratory, our Quality department follows approved quality systems, by which we can maintain full control of production. Our quality assurance systems follow stricter requirements than those laid down by the authorities. After all, our main completive weapon is our quality.
Domstein was, as one of the first companies in Sweden, BRC certified in 2001. We select raw materials with great care, carry out hygiene inspections throughout the various phases of production, and have sensory tests prior to releasing any products to the market. Inspections are also conducted at independent laboratories, and our quality systems ensure traceability from raw materials to the final consumers.

R&D in our organization.
Naturally much of our inspiration originates from Scandinavian cuisine and we follow culinary trends closely, but our own taste buds play a decisive role when it comes to developing new products.
Our test kitchen runs very thorough trails on new product to assure other people feel the same way we do. The response from our customers is considerable - in terms of both the consumer market, and the large-scale kitchen and restaurant businesses. This encourages us to take an optimistic view of our future, and to keep trusting our taste buds?
